Solace Carers Support (Face-to-face)

A welcoming and supportive group for people living in Cardiff that support a friend or relative with a diagnosis of dementia or memory difficulty (drop in group).

What we do:

• Provide support and education to family and friends.
• Provide an opportunity to meet others in a caring role
• Provide a range of activities to suit all abilities, including chair based exercise, quizzes and crafts

No admission fee. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided free of charge.

This is an inclusive service, you can bring along the person you support.
