Ty Hapus – Supporting people affected by dementia and their families
A traditional sing-along with songs from different genres and decades. Musical themes are explored each week, such as ‘Songs of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, songs from musicals, and lots more.
Come along and enjoy an afternoon of music, fun, laughter and reminiscence.
