Each session gives the opportunity for carers and people affected by dementia to come together in a relaxed environment to get support, chat and share experiences.

Carer Information and Support Programme (Face to face) is an Alzheimer’s Society programme for family carers to learn more about dementia in a supportive and friendly environment. Live Well with Dementia Programme (Face to face) is an Alzheimer’s Society programme which aims to provide people living with early-stage dementia with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools to support and empower them to take an active role in the management of their health and well-being.
