Bereavement brings a wide range of emotional, mental health, physical, and practical challenges. Everyone’s bereavement experience is unique.
Sometimes what people welcome is the opportunity to meet others who truly understand from personal experience the challenge which losing someone close brings. It’s about knowing you are not on your own. Connecting with the company of others, enjoying fresh air, activity, and the great outdoors can really help.
We walk whatever the weather, so just bring the umbrella if need be. We go for a stroll around the Roath Park Lake at a pace which accommodates all. Of course, we finish with refreshments at the Terra Nova café at the park (cake not to be missed). So come and join us as we walk into 2023. You’ll receive a warm welcome.
Meet at the Scott Memorial Light House / Clock Tower.
2023 dates:
11th January

Mark Jones (Cardiff and Vale University Health Board) Tel: 07976 510648
