Free weekly online support sessions for unpaid carers of someone living with dementia and former carers adjusting

Starts 14th January 2026. The sessions will run until mid-July.

What happens in a 90-minute session? We….

• check in with other carers in a confidential space
• have a little stretch
• practice relaxation skills
• listen to a poem which is a springboard for talking about our own experiences and finding our own words to say it as it is
