An online drop-in for any carers or family members of someone living with dementia who are seeking support.
These support sessions will be online and facilitated by a trained counsellor from Plattform Wellbeing and a member of the Effro support team.
You are welcome to drop in, have a chat and ask questions, or simply just listen to others. This is an informal space but there will be the opportunity to seek advice or ask questions in relation to dementia or your caring role.
You are welcome to stay for the whole session or simply drop in for a quick hello!
